Studio Syndicate is a creator-first, tech-obsessed digital gang building custom Discord servers, websites, automations, and creator tools that hit harder than a template ever could. We serve streamers, small businesses, digital entrepreneurs, and community-driven brands with tactical design and tech systems that actually work. We’re looking for a contract-based sales rep to help us expand our reach and bring in new clients across our service stack. If you’re a natural networker, smooth talker, and love closing high-value creative deals—this is for you.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

Outreach to small businesses, creators, and community leaders

Presenting Syndicate service offerings with confidence & clarity

Following up with leads we generate through social, Discord, and web

Closing sales and handing off clients to onboarding/project team

Logging outreach + clients in a shared CRM (we’ll keep it simple)

🎯 What You’ll Be Selling:

  • Custom Discord Servers (Starter to Premium tiered builds)
  • Web Design & E-Commerce Builds (WordPress, WooCommerce, custom builds)
  • Hosting Services (Managed & white-labeled)
  • Creator Tools (like our CTRL Kit & Streamline AI assistant)
  • Monthly Memberships + Add-ons

Qualifications:

  • Have experience in digital services, tech sales, or B2B
  • Are highly independent and self-motivated
  • Know your way around Discord, Twitch, or web design lingo
  • Can speak confidently about value, not just price
  • Love the idea of working with a small, creative, builder-led team

Commission:

15%-25% based on product.
